This dataset contains counts of young people aged 15–24 years who were not in employment, education, or training (NEET) during the 2015 calendar year. The data was provided by the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) which brings together a wide range of data from government administrative sources and surveys.

Access to the anonymised data used in this study was provided by Stats NZ in accordance with security and confidentiality provisions of the Statistics Act 1975.
