Welcome to the Find Factor Project, an innovative initiative born from GovHack 2024. Our mission is to leverage open government data to transform how we understand and support youth career development.

Data Story

When we looked at open data sources, analysing, structuring, and cleaning the raw data's to uncover actionable insights. Our goal is to present businesses and government bodies with clear, data-driven recommendations to guide young people in choosing the most promising career paths and government institutions to make policies, change law's in order to achieve the literacy rate & manpower australia need. In 2023, a staggering 46% of youth were not engaged in post-school studies. We aim to change that by identifying key factors influencing career choices and educational engagement. Our project helps to show areas where targeted interventions can make a real difference, offering data-backed solutions for new plans and support programs for youth's.
